This is authentic tantra tuition, which adheres to the essence of the original 5,000 year-old tantric scriptures as interpreted by the contemporary spiritual mystic Osho. Literally translated, these texts are techniques for ‘going beyond consciousness’ and as such, the path of tantra is not so much a series of answers, but a set of keys to unlock doorways into our innate divinity via wherever we find ourselves in our physical reality in the here and now.
Sexuality is, of course, an aspect of this physical reality, but it is only a part of the vastness of who and what we truly are, and so whilst these classes will embrace the kundalini, life-force energy – which may be perceived in sexual terms – there will be no nudity or sexual touch.
The classes will, however, require a willingness to stay present and dive deeply into the fullness of your Being.

A series of 5 weekly drop-in classes exploring broad-based topics which are entirely suitable for complete novices or those with more experience of tantra.
All classes are suitable for singles or couples.

Body and Soul
Meditation, movement and breathwork to foster an awareness of the Self as both spirit and matter.

Presence
Feeling our feelings and recognising and honouring personal boundaries.
Week 3
Dynamic Relating
Exploring and embracing the energies of the Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine to create wholeness and unity within.
Week 4
Intimacy
Gentle and playful exercises to encourage the emergence of the authentic Self.
Week 5
Sacred sex
Meditation, breath and body work to access and harness the Kundalini, life-force energy and increase our innate orgasmic potential.

PART II
CONSCIOUS EMBODIMENT
A five-week course, starting on 19th June to expand and deepen participants’ awareness and experience of the topics covered in the classes.
This will be a closed group to engender a real sense of trust and openness, and places will be limited to those who have attended a minimum of 3 of the drop-in classes, or who are known personally to Lynn.
Again, there is no nudity or sexual touch in this course.

Energy sensing exercises interwoven with conscious, nurturing bodily contact.
Week 2
Opening to the Other
Honouring gender dynamics and gently dismantling the emotional armour to heal old wounds.
Week 3
Divine Presence
Developing profound sensitivity and focused presence through conscious, sensual touch.
Week 4
Naked Truth
A ritual Kundalini journey with movement and meditation to dissolve the barriers to freedom and expansion.
Week 5
Mahamudra
A candle-lit ceremony drawing upon all the techniques taught, designed to engender union with the Divine, within and without.
