Q - What is the difference between sexual energy and Kundalini?
They are both terms for the fundamental energy of creation, though in order to qualify as Kundalini, this energy has to be channelled up through the chakras to achieve its full potential as nature’s ‘rocket fuel’.

For most people, sexual energy remains in the genitals, and when expressed, often has no more power than a sneeze...which whilst offering a modicum of release, contains no real healing.

My work is to tune into a person’s energy field to direct and channel the Kundalini through the chakras on a quantum level, to rejuvenate and revitalise mentally, emotionally and physically. I can also teach couples and individuals the physical and metaphysical processes of achieving this for themselves.

Q - I’ve heard that Kundalini is dangerous, and to steer clear of it.
Countless egoic individuals and institutions have, over the years, promulgated this sort of negative mis-information in an attempt maintain the balance of power, and to keep people in ignorance and fear.

However, as with any other form of energy, respect and care must be deployed in its use; to quote Bob Proctor's famous comment in ‘The Secret’, a good example is electricity, which can be used to cook a man’s dinner, or cook the man!

But the source of electricity, and indeed any energy (such as the sun) is neutral....it just is, and the real secret is in how it’s harnessed and used. Life on planet Earth would be impossible without the sun, and yet anyone who has ever been sunburnt or had skin cancer will know to their cost that solar rays are also capable of great harm.

And so, working with any energy field requires knowledge, respect and judicious application;  if the grounding is there, then it is perfectly safe.

Q - I have been celibate for some time; would sexual energy healing still work for me?
Yes, though the reason for the celibacy would first need to be looked at.
For most people, a period of sexual abstinence (irrespective of the duration) would not be a problem at all, though I would always begin with some counselling and/or gentle body de-armouring before doing any sexual energy work.

Also, of course, celibacy may well be a conscious choice as part of a spiritual path, and so long as the client is properly circulating the innate Kundalini energy [as opposed to repressing or denying it (as many novice spiritual aspirants are apt to do)] then that is also perfectly fine – though the prevailing energetic backdrop would need to be assessed before any healing work could commence.

Q - Isn’t Tantra just another name for orgies or ‘swinging’?
This is neither my view nor personal experience, though sadly, this is many people's opinion, and it's true that  the more spiritual  and metaphysical components are often overlooked.

Tantra is, in fact, a 5,000-year-old spiritual tradition, comprising 112 meditative techniques, which utilise countless situations and encounters in ordinary life - including sex - as doorways to help aspirants attain ultimate spiritual consciousness.  However, just to put things into perspective, only a half dozen of these sutras [techniques] are specifically concerned with the act of procreation.

"Sex must not remain sex; that is the tantra teaching. It must be transformed into love. And love also must not remain love. It must be transformed into light, into meditative experience, into the last, ultimate mystic peak
." - From Osho's 'Book of Secrets'

Q - How on earth can healing energy be transmitted over the internet?
Well, it isn’t, although given that I usually conduct sessions via Skype, it’s a valid question!

Skype enables me to see and speak directly to a client, and thus permits easy communication on surface, physical levels, which is of course, very useful for us both.

However, for the actual energy work, I become an intuitive ‘transmitter’, and tap into the quantum field by a process of harmonic resonance, which operates beyond the limitations of space and time. Therefore, it is completely irrelevant whether a client is in my living room or theirs, as I am working on quantum levels of existence. This is something which we all have the ability to do [and indeed, often do so involuntarily, e.g. in situations involving synchronicity or ‘telepathy’] which can be explained and understood in both spiritual and scientific terms.

Q - Will I get turned on during a session?

It’s possible, though most people report feeling ‘switched on’, as opposed to ‘turned on’, i.e. the physical sensation is extremely pleasurable, but it is generally more akin to a soft, sweet and blissfully expansive post-orgasmic phase than the tense and excitable ‘bells and whistles’ state that would usually precede it.

Peaks of excitement may be enjoyable in the moment, but they are comparatively short-lived, and are often followed by a period of exhaustion, irritability and/or depression. However, properly channelled life force energy is the power that birthed the cosmos, and it gives rise to longer lasting waves of warm, empowered enthusiasm from the core of one’s being, as opposed to limited, surface excitability.

Q - Will your coaching put me outside of my comfort zone?

My work simply accesses clients’ innate creative impulse, and gets it coursing throughout their entire system; this juicy creativity thus works from the inside out, and puts them into the ‘zone’ where new behaviours, fresh thoughts and inspired action feel natural, spontaneous and effortless.
