Lynn is a renowned 'energy weaver', healer and teacher, who has been leading classes, workshops and retreats for almost twenty years. Her initial introduction to tantra was through the work of the legendary Margot Anand, whose seminal SkyDancing programme, which is a synthesis of ancient secrets with modern techniques, laid the foundations for her ongoing spiritual journey and intensive exploration of many diverse arcane and holistic realms over a period of several years.
 

She studied Transpersonal Psychology and esotericism under the auspices of the College of Psychic Studies, and trained as a healer with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers. She has also undergone less structured but profoundly powerful initiatory experiences with indigenous shamen, druid priestesses, and Buddhist monks to name but a few, and has developed a vast knowledge and experience of the body's subtle energy system, as well as its psycho/emotional intelligence and unconscious patterning.
 

During her extensive spiritual forays, she also encountered the work of Osho, which has been a major influence on her life, and his interpretation of the ancient Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, known as ‘The Book of Secrets’ – which is revered by many as the ultimate treatise on meditation – forms the basis of her work and her teaching, and concurs with his consistent – but frequently overlooked – tenet that love is the backdrop to the universe in general, and to tantra in particular.
 

Lynn walks a path of holism, with one foot firmly anchored in the ‘real world’ and the other in more esoteric, unseen realms, and possesses a rare fusion of down-to-earth pragmatism and deep spiritual wisdom. Integrity, care and compassion are cornerstones to her work, and her teaching style is focused yet relaxed, and imbued with her characteristic warmth and humour, engendering ease, comfort and enjoyment to students and clients alike.
 

She sees tantra as a doorway to the divine…the formless reached through form…and views sexual energy as having enormous natural healing power, which when consciously cultivated and channelled, leads to a deeper connection with self, with others, and with spirit, as well as a greater sense of contented and vibrant wellbeing.
 

In her classes, workshops and private sessions, she weaves sensuality with meditation, energy medicine and sacred ritual, to become a celebration of the heart and an ecstasy of the spirit, and teaches the ancient techniques of harnessing potent sexual/kundalini energy and transforming it into a rich and deeply powerful and empowering experience on all levels of one’s being.

 

This is pure tantric alchemy; the transmutation of the physical into the transcendent bliss of Samadhi, or union with the divine.
